2020 is hectic, and here I thought I was going to get so much done this year -_-
Just as I found a decent way to set up my desktop computer to 3D animate for Fighter, I have to uproot my life for a few weeks as one of my family members was seemingly exposed to COVID-19. They went to get tested yesterday and we're waiting on the results, but I was told that no matter the results, they must be isolated for 2 weeks. I'm safe and staying with other family right now, but everything that I can do now is limited to what my laptop can handle.
Given the situation, I must regretfully put Fighter on a slight hold again.
Here is the progress I made this far:
I however will be working on a few other things in the meantime.
I'm making progress on my avatar 3D sculpt in Zbrush (which I'm hoping I can later bring into Maya and rig)
I'm also teaching myself how to use Adobe Animate (by watching this tutorial) . In doing so, I'm experimenting more with my avatar to make 2D animations! I now just need to work on tweening this a bit and then laying out color.,
Overall, despite my troubles, I'm glad that I'm still making some progress.
This coming week my goals are to finish out this jumping animation and make more progress on my 3D sculpt.
