I feel like I'm almost there! I started experimenting with some blend shapes for the facial expressions for My Avatar.

I have a few things to fix with the reverse foot and the elbow joints. However, I feel like I'm finally getting comfortable enough with this process that it doesn't feel that daunting anymore.
I've found workarounds every time that the model decides to "explode". So far, it looks like this is going to work!
This week, my goal is to fix my weight painting problems and to start adding blend shapes to see how they function with the model's facial features.
Eventually, I will need to add blend shapes to some of the smaller features (eyelids, brows, etc) and maybe a more accessible control, but right now, I just want to experiment.
