Brands

I'm currently a bit behind. My computer had a few hiccups on a main work day causing me to get half of the work that day done! Luckily, I worked hard and got caught up roughly 90% of the way.

There was also another minor setback with a critique that I had. Someone pointed out that I was putting official logos on my objects and that I shouldn't do that!

This was a relatively simple, and fun, fix. As you might see in my previous project Moving Out, I kind of enjoy making parody brand labels! When I do so, I like to leave a nod to the actual brand owners but I also like to change it to make it unique.

My room is filled with a ton of logos and brands. I think it will be interesting to see how I'm going to deal with each logo.

My favorite thing that I textured this week was definitely the computer keyboard! It looks exactly like mine at home. I especially like that I can make the light color ramp move in the same way that I can make the color ramp move on my actual keyboard!
